TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Next Day Delivery

Express delivery service applies on orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day. The express delivery service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to stock availability and will be delivered within 2-3 working days of placing the order. Where the personal courier service is not available, Eddie Stobart will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Excludes Sunday deliveries. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Your order will be delivered in special packaging. Our delivery charge is just £3.95 no matter how large your order with the exception of non UK mainland orders. Delivery charges for deliveries outside of the UK Mainland will be advised on each order.

Free Returns

Where a product is faulty or the wrong size, returns are free of charge. Please contact the Stobart Shop on 01228 517800 for further details.

We want you to shop with complete confidence that you are getting the best quality guaranteed. If you want to return anything for any reason at all, simply send it back to us in perfect condition with the original packaging and we will give you a full refund within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from American Express

Prices

The prices quoted are those at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the website may differ from prices in store.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
